Implement and evolve a digital strategy 

Taking over the skeletons, design files, along with a partially coded website; a strategy was developed to evolve and deliver what was expected for NPR’s new website. This we with a strong focus on thought leadership and increasing domain authority.

PROCESS

Understanding the shift

It is not uncommon that a team gets onboarded and takes over a project from another team; however it is uncommon to take over midway with half the project delivered. Understanding what the initial team was unable to deliver on besides design and code was key to making sure the website launch was successful, on top of enabling NPR to reach their initial goals of an identity and website re-design.

Deliverable

Changing the narrative

Unlike most websites which are prompted by a branding change, this website was the catalyst for updating the corporate identity and other digital properties. The final product was a robust website which removed barriers to content creation and democratized use of the site to facilitate the creation of landing pages and client portals to engage clients directly alongside relevant thought leadership.
 
 

Outcome

Firm-wide collaboration and engagement

This project was praised across the firm and used as a benchmark for sister company digital strategies expanding across the Avenir Global network. In response to this, the scope of the project expanded to include content creation and sharing across sister companies highlighting the talent across the firm and building bridges between staff internationally. This led to the creation of a new role at the Avenir Global level to coordinate across all companies and offices.

Connected to SalesForce, this website led to and increase in online lead generation firm-wide.

This website went on to win awards from InfoPress and received Honourable Mention on Awwwards
